Failure to meet contractural obligations
Midland Appliances does not deliver the appliances you purchase when they have promised to do so, in writing on your receipt. And they can't be bothered to call and tell you it isn't coming either. We have cancelled the order and will gladly and gleefully take our Appliance business elsewhere.
