We saw a beautiful bright green glass pendant light at the Coquitlam location of Robinson Lighting. We needed 3 and that store only had the 1. I called the Cambie location and they did an exceptional job of tracking down 3 lights for me. They gave us a great price (these were already clearance items) and they even cleaned them up for us so we could make sure the colour was perfect. We were very happy with our experience with the lighting manager, Andrea, and would certainly shop there again. While we were there, we did have an encounter with another employee who was a total snob who said to us "the colour is called chartreuse" when we already knew what it was called. I think their sales staff are hit and miss. As long as you deal with Andrea you will be satisfied with your experience!

Latham's repaired my under-sink plumbing when my dishwasher stopped working. They did a great job, choosing to replace the flexible hose with some copper piping. They explained why the cost would be a bit more but in the end they didn't charge me extra - they charged the quoted amount. I was also involved with using Latham's to do large strata projects at our condo complex. They always did a great job.

My husband and I have bought many tools from KMS including a cordless drill. It is a great product and KMS always stands behind what they sell. In the past, I bought the wrong thing for my husband and even without a receipt they let me exchange it, no problem.

We contracted with ServiceMaster as a strata to have all the common property hallways of our complex cleaned. We selected ServiceMaster because they had the lowest quote. However, they were unable to get many of the marks/stains out of the carpet and the hallways were soaking wet for many hours. We had to rent dehumidifiers and run them in the hallways. I also personally don't prefer the smell of their products.

I bought a sofa from the Urban Barn outlet store in Port Coquitlam, as well as countless accessories. The couch has held up very well and although many of the products they sell at this location do have damage or imperfections, I managed to get a sage green "Jovo" 3 seater in perfect condition for $750 plus taxes. That included delivery! I am planning to buy a second couch from this store in the very near future.

Country Habitat is a great shop, located in Port Moody, that provides beautiful and elegant interior products including furnishings and accessories, as well as interior design services. I have bought several items there for my new house and I love it!
