Joy

We contacted John after seeing some work he had done for a friend. From the beginning, we had a very positive experience working with John and his team. We found him to be helpful, reasonable and totally professional. He listened carefully to our ideas and concerns, and gave us good suggestions. When there was a small glitch in the project, John handled it immediately and with no fuss. The entire kitchen renovation was done within the budget we had agreed on and (perhaps more remarkably!) within the time frame he had given us. It was a pleasure to work with him, and the new kitchen turned out even better than we had imagined. Thanks, John, for a great job.
