In-store shopping was fine, Carm was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed- faucets, 2 double vanities, free standing tub, two shower systems…. Some of it was delayed but these things happen. Installation was a disaster. Vanities did not have adjustable legs to level it, the marbling of one of the vanities looks cloudy and bubbled, of the sinks cracked putting in the drain, free standing tub doesn’t have anything to anchor it, the shower systems have male ends that don’t work with standard roughed in plumbing.- which I asked the salesperson about before purchase. Our plumbers were shaking their heads at all of this. It’s been an expensive disaster to try to install and its still not done. I contacted Muti but they don’t care, won’t help or allow exchanges.

We had John put in a 4 foot retaining wall in our front yard, take off our porch and rebuild landing and stairs last fall, then come back in the spring and put in a new stone drive. Looks great. Great price. Honest work. 100 percent recommend him!

We decided to renovate our kitchen and change the layout. I wanted a big island, lots of space, gleaming counters. I knew the vision and Amanda at Davisville made it happen! She was easy to work with, helped me through the decisions to ensure a coherent look that blended modern and traditional. Everything fits like a glove. The Cambria counters and backsplash are beautiful. She made sure the appliances I chose fit snuggly. Everything ran on time. Love my new kitchen. Jeff has been great too, through the installs and any post install tweaks and issues. Highly recommend!

I hired Guy and his crew to replace the tile floor in our powder room and to tile a new shower in the basement. His guys were courteous and made sure they were following the tile design I asked for. They cleaned up after them and did a good job. I love the look of the shower! My initial tile purchased for the job (not through ABJM) turned out to be mostly broken in the boxes, the guys loaded into my car for me to return and I went to Olympia to buy new tile and got a discount through ABJM, which was great! The new tile was smaller though and the pattern more time consuming so just be sure to ask Guy before the quote is final about tile size and pattern to avoid extra charges. Overall, a good company, good communication too!

I had this company come to do the trim work in my newly renovated basement. They also installed all the door frames and doors. They were polite and on time, did good work, cleaned up and were fast! They came to measure Monday morning, worked 12hr days and were done by Wednesday night! I was impressed!

Kevin and his team were great until the end of the project. During the dig they were awesome, good communication, the worksite was kept super clean considering it was a dig out, the guys on site were great too. We lived at home during the work. We had to replace the old clay drains from the city and Kevin was great about finding a plumbing and drains company for this quickly. He also recommended the HVAC company, who did our infloor heating before Tall Basements poured the slab. My only complains come at the end of the project, I expressed concern the drains for the bathroom the toilet flange and shower were very close, and was told they were standard, they are super close and now our shower has to be narrow. Tall Basements also knew we wanted to polish the concrete but the finished pour ended up pretty poor quality- there are rough sections and the edges and around the support columns and drains were not even finished. The guys even left the machine on the concrete floor leaving blade marks like helicopter blades stamped into the floor! Since the pour it’s been hard to get ahold of them with these concerns and chase them down for plumbing invoices for rebate programs. Good underpinners but a frustrating finish.

Hired Tom to do the drywall, tape and mud work in our newly underpinned basement. Can’t say enough positive about him and his team. They framed in the bulkheads, helped me with getting the dryer and bathroom ventilation in place before doing the ceiling work, did a great job on the drywall and came back to clean up after sanding. They even took extra garbage other contractors had left behind. Great guys, good price! Went above and beyond by helping us bring the washer and dryer back down to the basement too!

After being strung along by our previous contractor we contacted another underpinning company for a quote and they referred us to Mike at KH Davis for the structural drawing for permitting. He rushed the job for us to fit the new underpinning company schedule. He was quick, easy to get ahold of, filed the permits once the drawings were complete and within a month of first contact we have everything we need from the city and are digging out our basement!
