My mother got about 10-15 calls per week from this company's call centre calling to confirm an appointment that was not even made in the first place. My mom decided that she needed it done anyways so she let them come for the duct cleaning. When she spoke to them about rates, they told her that it would cost $100 for a thorough duct cleaning. When the employee was done his job, he told my mom that she needed to pay $600 just for the duct cleaning! My mom lives alone and is elderly so could only argue with them so much until he started to become aggressive towards her and pressured her into paying. I have attempted to contact this company for weeks now to find out why they had charged my mother $600 for duct cleaning and I still haven't been able to contact them. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY -
