Total disappointment - not at all what you would expect from one of the "Holmes on Homes" contractors. The job was finished late, many of the guys were sloppy and didn't clean up behind themselves, and a lot of the detail work had to be redone. Poor planning by some of the crew also resulted in several parts of our house being damaged. The price for the job may have been market rate but the quality was far less than we expected from any reputable tradesperson. I would not use them again.

Like any service based business, there will unfortunately always be a client that can't be pleased. As most contractors know, errors, broken time-lines, and blown budgets do happen, its how you deal with these things that separates you from the competition. It disappoints me that someone would make these accusations without standing behind them by signing their name. We take every job seriously, and referrals are how we've grown our business.
