Technician arrived with all the necessary parts required for my cook range. Very fast and clean work for decent price. Before leaving, technician gave me few tips regarding the rest of my appliances and explained me about some features that I didn't know how to use and advised me on how to prevent damage and misuse in the future. He asked some questions about the defect over the phone and showed up with the exact part that was required. I was explained all my options to choose from and have decided to go with the replacement - after I was 100% sure that I was offered a good price. After checking online, I couldn't find a better price, than I was offered. Job was done very fast, and clean.
