I called Knight Plumbing after Atco gas came and let me know I needed a new valve on my hot water tank. The pilot light would not stay on. The office staff member was very professional and said she would have a service person call me. Dan called within minutes. Once we had established the model needed, Dan said he would call and arrange to pick up the part. He called me back to say he had the part and the good news was it was under warranty. He had checked. Dan was able to supply and install the new valve. He was very thorough and explained about the use of that and caring for the tank. I was very impressed with service from beginning to end. I was also thrilled they were able to accommodate me on a Friday afternoon.
