After spending a small fortune for a pump for our basement bathroom we continued to have problems. The plumbing company wanted to charge for the visit even though it had only been 5 months. We paid other companies 3 times to clean the pit and unclog the pump. We ended up finding priced right plumbing to clean it this time. Jamie had one look and advised us someone put a cheap sump pump in instead of a sewage pump and we would continue to have the problem without the proper pump. He installed a new pump in about an hour and no problems since. Thanks Jamie we will recommend to to everyone Fatima
