The team was incredibly professional and helpful from the quote process to the day of installation and even cleaning up after themselves! When we had an issue with the boys roughing it up too much, they were happy to come back and fix and reinforce the base further too. It is evident that they take pride in their service as well as the work! Great job and thank you!

John and his crew were professional and extremely easy to work with. John in particular has great attention to detail and is very honest and straightforward to work with. That’s one of the main reasons we chose to have him build our deck. He offered unbiased advice and was patient as he provided information, and shared his ideas. JMC is absolutely worth a conversation and consideration when you’re thinking of any outdoor wood-related work. Highly recommended!

Called Mark and he gave a clear idea on the services he provides and the associated costs. Liked the qute so asked him to come over and he came by the same day. After seeing the stuff we wanted him to haul, he gave a reasonable quote and quickly got it all hauled away. Would recommend him and will probably use him for hauling away stuff from a planned kitchen reno as well.

Found bed bug issues in one of our rooms and that caused major concern since we have an infant in the house. Based on multiple reviews on homestars, we called up Akram at PSS. He was very prompt with his response, came by the same day and was extremely thorough in his check up. He was able to show us where the problems were and also dismiss our concerns regarding the bed bugs spreading through the house. He recommended a treatement plan and worked with us to ensure that the problems were sorted out. His instructions were clear and made sense and put us at ease. His courteous manner and obvious knowledge made him the right choice for us. Infact, we have already recommended him to another friend who mentioned having possible issues with bugs in his house.

Based on a recommendation from a friend, we had Vlad come and give us a quote for removing a bath tub and replacing it with a complete shower stall. This is our primary bathroom so we wanted it to be perfect. Vlad was very professional in evaluating the project and explaining the breakdown of his quote. He started the work precisely on time and completed it based on the given schedule. He was very helpful with suggestions and even helped us save some money in the project by giving us some good insights. We are extremely happy with the work and would highly recommend him to our friends and family for any renovation work.
