We paid our storage rent every month on time and we had finally found a new home and gave storage our one months notice for vacating. We were told we had the unit until January 4,2017 yet when we went by this evening to pickup the rest of our stuff in our unit, they had locked us out, disabled our code. We are going to be fighting them now to give us back our full months refund and for them to pay for the remaining items in our unit.
