Sabal Homes is now called "Hopewell". I do not recommend their product and services. They offered low base price and the upgrade cost are between 3-5 times the cost of OEM. Poor workmanship, all the repair services I called - it took at least a month before you can get a schedule. If you missed the schedule, too bad and sorry for your self. In my 1st month I moved to my house, there was a flood in the basement, because their service contractor accidentally cut one of the pipes. I called to fix the problem and asked them to pay the damages to my personal belongings, and they told me "Go call your insurance to file a claim". I told them, I haven't insured my basement because it was undeveloped and the fault is in their end. They should have completed the testing before they handed the keys to me. I trusted them and they failed me. They are so bad for not taking the ownership of their fault. Their customer services is bad as well, it seems their staff are revolving doors and every month, you are dealing with new service warranty coordinator. DO NOT BUY A HOUSE WITH HOPEWELL or Regret it later.
