Wayne provided detail information and communication along the way, and did their best to accommodate the requirements such as deadline for rebate application. Don did excellent work onsite for both charger installation and at a later date the panel upgrade to 200A, keeping the area clean and tidy, did a perfect job and the result is excellent, passed ESA test with no problem. Highly recommended and a professional company to deal with.

Purchased a custom pool safety cover from Brian after some initial research of various companies. He's able to help with questions that I have and was flexible in offering alternatives based on the cost and requirements. Got it after about 3 weeks and installed it myself and happy with it. The cost is reasonable and they helped on after sales questions. Have also been purchasing pool supplies and parts from Pioneer for 2 years and their staff are always helpful and prices are reasonable, and never get the feeling of being pressured or BS.

Great experience, honest and accommodating owner. We were looking for a dining table and chairs for my home last year. Was going to order from Pavilion in downtown for a dining table, then found Berkshire. Including shipping they are at least $200 cheaper. I went to the store and the owner Saber recommended a similar looking Clifford table that looks as nice and just a bit smaller (which works better for our space), and it's even cheaper, ended up we saved $400 including delivery, plus we got some awesome looking modern dining chairs for $130 each tax in on clearance. Delivery service was great as well, courteous and very careful, even unpacked the glass top to let us examine before he left. Just recently, our office needs 10 boardroom chairs, been looking everywhere for the Zuo Espia chair, but with limited budget. We tried to go within budget and opted for the Zuo Trafico chair instead, but Saber gave us honest advise and insisted that chair is not as durable on heavy use, risked not getting the business. Eventually he worked out a deal with the supplier that we can also work with, while I know I'm getting brand new stock from him, unlike some US etailers which has lower price but with bad reputation. Highly recommended and will shop there again for sure, Saber is awesome to work with.

Got a pool company referred by a friend to open up my pool in the spring (new owner of a house with pool), said we got leaks and cannot get enough flow, and told us to get leak detection service. We end up getting Bremner Pools to come out and perform leak detection. Joel came and checked the pressure of the pipes and detected no leak on the plumbing. He quickly found out the issue is more to do with the previous company forgetting to install some o-rings when connecting the pipes back up. He could have left in 15 minutes and considered it done, but since we also have some issues with the filter leaking and some visible leak in the fibre glass area, he did some extra work to quick fix those for us, not wanting to leave us without a working pool even though he's supposed to just detect the leak. Excellent service and you cannot get better service when their staff takes pride in their work and trying to keep customer happy. Eventually we get Bremner to come out again to help us partial close the pool in the fall. Again friendly and knowledgeable staff and not shying away from showing me the tricks. I'll definitely get their services again and have full trust that I'm getting honest and reliable service and advise.
