Last Sunday afternoon after returning from an errand I put my car in the garage and tried to close the door with the remote. I tried several times to no avail. I used Home Stars to look for someone who could fix the problem and chose AVF Residential. Arjay McKenzie called me and said he could be at my house in 20 minutes and he was. He quickly fixed the problem, it needed a new roller. He and his assistant were courteous and a pleasure to deal with. If, in future, I have any more garage problems I will certainly contact Mr. McKenzie as he is a garage door specialist and I am very pleased with his work.

I was unable to open my front door because my very old lock broke. I called Locksmith Care because of the excellent reviews they received on HomeStars. The appointment was for 8am but he arrived 10 minutes ahead of time. Dimitar fixed the lock perfectly, no fuss, no muss and even made me a brand new key. He worked quickly and effortlessly and the whole job took about half an hour. All this at a very reasonable cost. If you are having a lock problem, I highly recommend you give Dimitar a call.

I live in Etobicoke and earlier this week I had my annual barbecue cleaning. I always have this done in winter because it's more convenient for me.
