The serviceman ( Ivan) came when he said he would, encouraged me to stay with him as he looked for the problem on my top loader washing machine. He explained what he was looking for, found the problem and fixed it, then tested it, and all done quickly and efficiently. His manner was friendly and extremely courteous and the clean up after he was finished was thorough. I also liked the fact that he didn't mind my asking questions as I watched him work. I would HIGHLY recommend this company plus I will DEFINITELY call them again should I require any other major appliance repairs.
