Dion was very pleasant to deal with. He arrived on time, reviewed my problematic tree, offered suggestions and provided a prompt quotation. The day the work was done, the crew arrived early in the morning and got straight to work. Aside from an equipment malfunction the work proceeded quickly and my property was left in immaculate condition. I was very impressed how clean my yard was left. Kudos to Hudson. As designers, our deck project was ambitious and presented specific challenges not typically encountered. Our research on Homestars lead us to Demex decks and we appreciated Art’s experience and advice during our initial meeting. Art was patient and worked with us to bring our project into budget. When I learned that All County Aluminum had undertaken that project I knew I had found my contractor. Recently I noticed that some metal capping that I had Serge install had been knocked loose (probably by a small animal). Even though some time has lapsed since Serge completed this work, he promptly responded to my email and came out to see it the very next day. Within a few short minutes he had repaired the problem, and at no charge. This is just one of what I am sure are many examples of Serge's incredible customer service and commitment to his clientele.
