Fantastic deal on beautiful tile
Our contractor sent us to Olympia and the salesman there was very helpful. We ended up buying both types of tile in their adjoining clearance center at a price that was about 50% lower than what we'd seen anywhere else, with free delivery! Would definitely buy here again.
Replaced kitchen - shoddy job and no customer service
We hired Nima to replace our entire kitchen cabinetry and while they are very smooth salesmen, we are very unhappy with the result. Doors cut unevenly don't close, panels not aligned and once they have your money - won't even return calls for service.

We got a really good deal on a new wall oven, and a fair discount on a new dishwasher as well. They were straight and easy to deal with - none of the typical upselling etc. - and I'd recommend them easily. Their selection isn't that big, so it probably pays to call and find out if they stock what you're looking for.
