Who knew there were so many rebates available? After a thorough examination of my house, Brent explained all the ways I could improve and save along the way. It just made so much sense (especially these days) to be energy smart. Should have had an audit years ago.

Stephen won the job with excellent diagnosis, specific explanations, and great professionalism every step of the way. Alex and his team of “pipe bursters” were equally professional, clean, considerate and left our home and the neighbour’s yard just as they found it. The fact that the job was priced just under the competition’s quote was a bonus as well! Great work! Great team! Thank you!

Hi Pat, thank you very much for such a great review! Our team works really hard to offer the best service in the industry, I am happy to see that reflected on your drain replacement. I will be sure to give Stephan and his team the recognition they deserve. We look forward to working with you again in the future. Thank you again 🙂

Not good. A clip that holds the upper shelf of my dishwasher in place broke. I called First Fix and my call was directed (for a fee I'm sure) to Lea Repair. I sent photos of my make, model and serial number, the part ($25 on-line), and the price of the part delivered to my door ($35). I was texted that the fee would be $65 + tax. When Alex arrived, I was told the fee is $240 (minus $65) + $75 for the part + tax. Why wasn't I told this up front? Edgar, the manager, tells me it's on the website somewhere. I ask why I wasn't told, he says everybody does it this way. Really? I've dealt with companies that honestly tell you costs BEFORE coming to your home. I ask, why triple the price for the part? He says, because they back the service for 3 months. Reasonable, but again, why am I not told this up front? It's because Lea Repair would rather have a technician in your kitchen than discuss the real details over the phone. It's a tactic and I don't like it. In the end, I paid the technician $73.45 because I understand the costs involved in visiting a customer. But Lea's service over the phone is bad, even deceitful. No honesty here...and no idea how well the repair would have gone, but I don't care to deal with companies like Lea Repair. The only reason I gave them a "2" instead of "0" is because the technician showed up on time. Pat Cugliari (Etobicoke)

From the quote Chris gave me to the installation team, Convertible did a great job! Clean work, friendly people, and the price--including a chimney liner--was unbeatable. Wouldn't buy without checking with Convertible first.
