We had a fantastic experience with Air Central. We looked into having AC installed a couple of years ago, but it was out of our price range. A friend recently recommended Air Central and Shannen was very prompt in getting us a quote, which was significantly better than the quote we received a couple of years ago (from another company). Communication was quick and easy, and installation was set up for just a few days after we made initial contact. Eric and Rafael were prompt, professional, and courteous, and explained everything thoroughly. They completely cleaned up the site and were very efficient. Chris and his team were very efficient and professional. I reached out to Chris on Thursday about needing to get my insulation upgraded as well as having some venting completed. By Friday morning we had set up a date and time for them to come complete the insulation portion, which they completed on Sunday at no extra charge. Then they finished the venting on the Tuesday right after the insulation was done. The invoice was sent to me after the job was completed, and was exactly as quoted, which is always nice to see as well as the fair price that was given in the first place. The crew that arrived were on time, and were completed the job in just over an hour. I have nothing but good things to say about the experience and would be recommending them to anyone with insulation and ventilation needs in the future.
