I had Enviro Surface Removers come into our home to remove the lino/subfloor. We had approximately 500 square feet to remove. This job consisted of stapled and glue wood subfloor and would have taken myself a week or two to complete. Enviro sent 3 gentlemen and took them 6 hours. The crew very friendly as I was curious on how the system worked. After they left, the floor was clean and level from any screws or glue. I plan on renovating the master bath in spring and will call on them to remove floor, tub and shower as they do more than just floors. Very good experience and job was completed promptly.

Flooring Manufacturers are voiding their warranties if the Old Flooring is not removed down to a Clean Subfloor like it was when the building was built.
