We couldn't be happier with our closets! Really smooth process from start to finish. We ordered 3 closets - 1 for our bedroom, 1 for our nursery room, and 1 for our office. The closets arrived well packaged and the material quality was even better than we were expecting. The material has the look and texture of a good quality floor laminate. You have the option of having them install, but we decided to DIY. The installation was actually simple once you get the first section up. From there you just repeat the same process. I really like that we didn't have to work around our baseboards since the closet hangs on the wall (it's super stable too). Tip: it really pays off to prep your closet space in advance. We took down the old shelves and rods (which were garbage), filled in the small screw holes, and repainted the inside of the closets. This part took nearly as much time as the actual installation, but with the end result it was definitely worth it. One bonus was that the whole process gave us the chance to donate a lot of clothes we didn't really need anymore, and now the closets look great and they're not overloaded. We got the 3 closets done for under $2000. Considering that they're at least as good as any custom closets we've seen elsewhere (at friends or at open houses), we see it as a good investment. Rob the owner was really easy to deal with and nice. The closets arrived in about 2 weeks.
