This was without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with for anything. They had to come back and forth to my house 6 times and the problems were still not properly resolved. They charged me for parts that were under warranty. I have sent numerous emails to the owner Diane and she is not responding with any attempt to resolve my concerns. The repair people were totally inept. Then on the day five for some bizarre reason my water tank stopped heating..... I then had to replace my water tank...this all started with a small furnace issue. The repair folks were not very professional.
I had a number of peculiar issues with a furnace that was not properly installed after the 2013 flood. I have been in my home for one year and have called two prior companies for where I spent a lot of money and had very unfortunate, frustrating experiences. My neighbour referred Jamiesons and David arrived. Wow what a big difference. Everything is much better. Amazing service! I now reach out to David for issues and he is so responsive and helpful. Thanks so much for such great service.
