Design and drawings for Basement suite
I have worked with Kevin on creating a basement suite for two of my houses. He created the design & drawings for the basement suite and submitted to the city for review. He followed up with the city and got me the development permit and building permit. He is through, detail oriented and easy to work with. Highly recommend him.
