We have purchased a number of homes and had some very good inspections. Kevin Hawes is in a class of his own. As he once was a contractor, he as practical knowledge were people cut corners, and areas of concern. He spent almost a full day doing the inspection, and unlike most, he spent a lot of time on the roof looking for issues. His dedication to his craft is incredible, and he only has his client best interests in mind. In a space were anyone can become a home inspector after a 2 week course, he is the exception. And he has the best and latest tools for testing. His integrity is unmatched.
