Val in Waterford

This review deserved to be posted too many years ago when Kenny's Kolours started painting for us. From helping to choose colours, even though "I" could not visualize how those colours could work, each job has always been beyond satisfaction. Jacinda strives for perfection in every part of any job right to the smallest detail. She has painted our entire house numerous times. We would never want to have to look for anyone else. We would rate her a 10+ if that was possible!

I called Reliance simply to service our furnace before the winter months set in. Unfortunately it ended up being more than we anticipated as it was discovered to be unsafe needing to be tagged and immediately shut down. The technician explained in detail, along with showing me the evidence of the corrosion inside the furnace which can cause carbon monoxide to dissipate. Less than 24 hours later the work was complete. New furnace and a/c installed by very professional hard working men who respected our home in every way. Was pleasantly surprised, even after the installers had left, to have their manager come to check out all was completed to our satisfaction. As much as this was not a planned expense Reliance helped make it as stress free as possible. You guys rock and are very much appreciated. You rate 10+ in our books.
