We received several quotes to replace all 9 windows in our house. Micheal, the project tech was very friendly, knowledgeable and was not pushy at all, especially compared to some other companies we saw. Overall project was excellent, the crew was quick, friendly, clean, and respectable of our stuff around the windows. We also had an issue with a leak, which was determined to be caused by our "siding" and not the window, but they came the same day i called and fixed it temporarily with some cocking free of charge even though this was not their issue to fix. Tony, the manager, was very friendly and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend and will definitely re-use them if the need ever arises again. Thanks Tony, we love our new windows.

We hired Burl oak landscaping to completely remove the old pathway which was made of concrete and stones, and rebuild a new pathway leading to the backyard, with 2 steps to the front door. They did a wonderful job and it was really quick too. Lou'ay and Ziad were excellent, if we had a concern, they fixed it quickly and without hesitation. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Good job Lou'ay, and thanks again.

The Tree Specialists were hired to remove approx. 30ft of hedge with a chain link fence in between and remove 2 large stumps in the backyard. The service they provided was excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone. David was very friendly, on time and they did exactly what they said they would do. Excellent Job, we are very happy and will use you again if we ever need to.

Magnus was hired to change our dead A/C, busted hot water tank and extremely old mid efficiency furnace. Also we needed someone to move the water meter as it was blocking the furnace entirely and also remove the water softener. To be honest, Magnus is 1 in a million as it was nearly impossible to find an HVAC tech who is also qualified as a plumber. He did an excellent job and was quick to install. We had an issue with the humidifier being defective and he came and replaced it on his own time (Sunday afternoon). He is really good and easy to deal with, i would highly recommend him to anyone requiring HVAC or plumbing services.

My wife and I purchased an older re-sale home which had over 1650 sq.ft of hardwood flooring. We contacted McLaughlin Flooring for an estimate as he was highly recommended to us. The price was very reasonable. Prior to us moving in, he had to take off all the old quarter-round, sand, stain, finish and install new quarter round on all the 1600 sq.ft. There were quite a few boards that had damage which also needed to be replaced. This was a big job and took a week. They did an excellent job and my floors look brand new. You cannot tell which boards were replaced. We told the movers we had the floors re-stained. The floor looked so good; they thought we had spent over $25,000 on brand new floors. Rick was excellent and made sure everything was satisfactory. I would highly recommend McLaughlin Flooring for any flooring needs. I will definitely use them again if need be.
