I have a Halloween scare story to share… I own a property with a severe water damaged balcony. On Sep 12 Adam sent me an estimate and contract on the repair. On the estimate he said it will take 2-7 days. I agreed on the estimate and signed the contract. Paid him his deposit. Today is October 31, six weeks later he only worked on my balcony for a few days. The work is half finished sitting on the open, exposed to rain etc. He completely ignores my emails, texts, phone messages, he does not answer his phone. This is a total unprofessional behaviour and he is completely unreliable and unbelievable. I suggest never use him. If you value your sanity find somebody else to do the work Update: After I posted this to Facebook page, he immediately called me, made excuses after excuses and promised to come finish the job next week at the latest. And promptly deleted my post. As usual he never showed again never responding to messages. Now Nov 10, I am considering legal action, after all he signed a contract, promised 2-7 days and now almost 2 months. Again never, ever use him, he is not reliable at all
