In April of 2016 we bought two semis in Waterloo for students rental. We called Moti came to inspect the homes he took his time and inspect everything, the furnace, water lines, the electrical system throughout, the roof attic, he even found a few leaks in the basement foundation which helps us to get a break on the purchase price of the homes.
