Ahmed was very professional, on time, very fair on pricing and even went out of his way to check on my furnace for me. I am very pleased with the service and because of this experience I will use home stars again.

I cancelled the service months ago yet they keep billing me and every time I call customer service i am put on hold for over 20 min at a time. When i told the service rep at how horrible my experience has been they said they weren't surprised.
