We called Sean for our house inspection based on our friend's recommendation, and it was the best decision we've made for home inspection. We scheduled with him on Sartuday and it was on the heavy raining day. Something uncontrolled happened, so we could not come there with him but he came to work on time and we came at the end of the process. He walked with us through every details of the house and explained everything to make sure that we acknowledge anything happens in the house we just make an offer. Couple hours later he sent us a formal report with every single details of the house including the pictures and very cleared explanation. It is a very professional work. We really admired his work!
