After the third issue with my tile roof I was at my wit's end. I knew I needed some professional help. I could only do so much from the inside of my attic. Malcolm came when he said he would and we quickly went over the situation. He went up to the roof to take a quick look and reported what he saw. Tiles were dislodged and some holes needed to be patched. I okayed the work and Malcolm went at it. When he was finished he came down and told me what he had done.
