As another reviewer mentioned, customer service is non-existent. Emailed them through their webform and again through regular email regarding a post installation question. My contractor chipped the base after installation and I was asking about what I can do to repair. Zero response. The product itself seems good so far but without any customer service to go with it, overall rating is low. Update: Also left a voicemail and texted the repairman directly and zero response there either.
