Bill and team have completed a couple of projects for me now. First was resurfacing concrete deck and tuckpointing. They did such a great job for a reasonable price we called them for a leaky roof. They came out right away and the work was completed same week. What I appreciate is that they are upfront and honest in what is needed. The roof for example they said overall great shape still had years on it. It was just a few spots that needed repairs. We plan on bringing them back to take a look at our back concrete patio in the new year. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer them. excellent work, great price and communicate throughout the process.

Dmitry Sergeev and MAX appliance repair were great. My fridge stopped working while I was away on vacation and on Easter Weekend. I thought I would lose all my frozen food waiting until after the weekend for repairs. Dmitry stopped by on Easter Sunday and got me up and running. My fridge is actually running better now than it has in over year. Repairs were quick and price was reasonable which included both parts (2 parts) and labour. I would definitely recommend Max Appliance Repair.

July 2017 - From start to finish the crew at Finished Basement were exceptional. They were on site prompt in the morning and worked hard all day. The full job took under two weeks. Daily I could see the progression. They are in constant touch with you throughout the process which is nice. While our house is small, it is unique since it is a row house with not much space to work with or bring in/out equipment. they were able to handle it with no issues. We had to partially replace an old cast iron waste stack in our basement for insurance purposes. Valentyn and the DrainCom team were very professional all throughout the process. Valentyn even re-directed the kitchen waste to the new stack. Job was done in a timely manner, he patched up the old kitchen waste hole and left the area clean and clear. Would highly recommend DrainCom. I will use them for future plumbing work.

My wife and I bought a 100 Year old home in Toronto and Yuri came by to do a home inspection for us. He was thorough in his review. He checked out our home for a few hours, then took us through the home at the conclusion of his review and explained each of his findings and answered all our questions.
