He came within a day, communicated well, and brought a large selection of samples. The installer did an excellent job and cleaned up after himself. We are very happy with the result.

I have been with Safetech for over 16 years. They initially installed the alarm system in my new home and initially helped ensure all the sensors were working correctly. Each time I have contacted them their customer service folk have been very helpful.
