First we would like to thank STS Homes Ltd for the excellent work and finally having a wonderful experience with a general contractor. Sam was recommended to us from a friend that has used Sam and his crews on previous projects. When we contacted Sam, we literally got an immediate response and Sam came over to give us a quote the following day . After getting 3 quotes, we felt the most comfortable with Sam as he is very easy to talk to and offered suggestions that only enhanced the project and made our lives a lot easier. We Needed to extend our master ensuite to include a shower and build a walk-in closet, as the new shower was being built where the existing closet was located. The project was done perfectly without issues or delays in the time frame estimated by Sam from STS Homes Ltd. Sam is a very well organized and extremely professional. His planning and scheduling of the project exceeded above and behond. He is on top of all his sub trades ( plumbing, electrical, tiling,millworker etc) and the best part was that everyone of them showed on time and when they were supposed to. All of his guys were efficient and very professional. Believe it or not, we did not have to call Sam one time to check on when a tradesman was supposed to come over. Each day before leaving, Sam would give us a schedule of what was going to be happening the following day. We had a deadline that we needed the project finished by, and Sam met that deadline . Anytime we came up with another idea or how we wanted some to look, Sam was always available and very easy to talk to so all details can be worked out. We are thrilled with the final results and would not hesitate for a minute to recommend Sam at STS Homes to take on any job , big or small. Honesty and great workmanship are just a couple of words to describe Sam!

Ian and his crew were extremely profesional, courteous, knowledgable, and punctual. The project was started and finished as promised, and we were always kept up to date on any recommended changes and /or adjustments that needed to be made. the crew was here every morning on time, and often worked till into the early eavening. We are extremely satisfied on the final results, would and have already recommended Curbz as the company of choice. We have already asked and have hired Ian again, to do another project this spring. we will post pictures this coming spring.
