When we bought our house we had some specific ideas regarding the look of the house. We took quotes from various different contractors but Derek provided the best quote. He also completely understood the vision my wife had regarding the style. Derek did a fantastic job with the kitchen, staircase, 2.5 washrooms, flooring, lighting fixtures overall. He worked like its own house and did not compromise at all. He was very professional with communication and timelines overall. We highly recommend him.
