This was one of the smoothest experiences I've had working with a contractor. Rick called me within 15 minutes of me requesting a quote online. He came by 3 days later to take measurements and provided me with a quote for 3 rooms, baseboards (with optional shoe molding) and removable of the old floor from one of the rooms. He explained the quote in details and how the work would be done. There was no pressure. He told me to call him to let him know if we were interested. After dealing with Rick, I didn't bother calling others for quotes. He was in the range I was expecting. I called him the next day and I was able to schedule the job within a week; they were done in 3 days. Rick and his staff were professional, kept a clean work area and ensured that the place was tidy at the end of each working day. They showed up on time and were just very professional and respectful. As for the quality of work, it exceeded my expectations - they eliminated existing squeaks and did an amazing job leveling out the boards to make them flush where the hardwood meets the ceramic tiles. We met Masoud at the Home Show this past fall. He was professional from the time we met. We didn't know the process of having our cupboards refinished. He explained the process to us and gave us a good idea of what to expect from making the first visit to remove the doors (to bring back to his shop), then returning to complete painting and reinstalling the doors. We showed him pictures of our kitchen at the show and he gave us a good idea of the cost. Our project was to refinish our upper cupboards to create two-tone kitchen, lightening up the area and giving a fresh look. There was no pressure. He told us to think about it. Our interaction with Masoud was so professional, we called him back the next day. He gave us a date, and in fact, he was able to start earlier. To sum it up, the quality of the work is amazing. Also, Masoud went above and beyond like doing an extra molding (that was initially overlooked from the pics we sent), and even painted the kitchen window frame to ensure it matched up with the cupboards - and he didn't charge us. He kept a very clean work space and when he was done, he left the place spotless! I should mention that some of our cupboard doors have custom stained glass made by my mother-in-law. Masoud took extra care to ensure that the glass was well protected during the process. When it comes to quality, professionalism, and cost, 'Paint 2 Decor' checks all the boxes. We are extremely happy with Masoud and would not hesitate to recommend Paint 2 Deco. Great job!

When I first called, I spoke to Sam. He was very friendly and gave me a rough idea of costs over the phone after I described my current furnace/AC and the size of my rental property. He scheduled Chris to come to the house and after the assessment, the cost came in slightly lower. Chris was thorough in describing his recommendation. He was friendly, straight forward and there was no pressure; it was a fast and efficient meeting. The installation was booked within the week. The installers were great. They were friendly and very focused. They took me through a review of the installation afterwards, and they left the work area very clean when they were done.
