Had a problem with my tub and Scott was able to walk me through multiple tests and we narrowed it down and was able to fix the tub myself over the phone. Not all companies would be willing to take the time to do this and would prob come to my house with a service call fee. Very friendly stand up guy. Will definitely be getting him to service my pool and tub from now on.
