We have a 30 year old condo and the bathroom needed modernizing. James coordinated all the tradespeople, made really useful suggestions and listened to our ideas. When something wasn't going according to plan, he would find a way to change it or deal with it. He always responds to emails and phone messages superfast. A really great communicator!
