Overall great window quality and fast, clean installation. Reason why I am not giving this 10/10 is I dont think the government rebate process was properly communicated to us and we went with certain windows because we had planned to apply for the rebate. In the conversations leading up to the order and install this was understood and yet it was never mentioned that we need to get a pre-install inspection done in order to qualify. Sorry but I completely feel like this key information should have been properly mentioned by a window company, especially as they are the experts and should provide all these nuanced detailed to consumers. Was in for a surprise to hear after the fact I did not qualify after spending thousands on my new windows and only hearing sorry I assumed you knew. I truly think this was a huge miss and hence no 10 here.

As the rebate program is all nee to the whole industry, we had to go through the learning curve. As of now, we have implemented a new workflow that reminds customers to triple check if they have completed all activities relate to obtainig the rebate. Koncept was one of several general contractors that we contacted for quotes last year to help out with our home reno. Greg was so quick to respond and within days he and Rami came by for a visit and a very detailed quote was provided within a reasonable timeframe. During the initial back and forth, KBG was very attentive, responsive and very willing to answer questions from us as we were quite new to the renovation world. We were so comfortable with KGB right from the start and their pricing was competitive - it was a no brainer to move ahead with them. Summary of our experience with KBG during the project: Communication: 10/10 Greg was a great communicator, was patient and dependable. Our project manager, Eric, was also generally great at communicating with us throughout the process, very personable and truly felt like he was a family friend right from the start. Quality: The first week we had demolition in our kitchen -- these guys really know how to demo. FAST. They were in and out in no time, left the place as clean as you can get. Super impressed with the work right out of the gate. We had electrical, plumbing, flooring, drywall, tiling, and kitchen work completed. Some trades definitely provided a higher quality of work over others but we also were very honest with KBG if we were not happy with how things turned out and they had no problem with trying to rectify the situation and get things corrected for us. We were going in knowing renos don't always go as smoothly and can always expect surprises. One thing we appreciate is KBG's willingness to get things corrected to the homeowner's standards. Timeline: They came in within the original timeframe. A few hiccups shifted the time slightly but overall we were pleased with our move in timing. Fast forward to this year, we contacted KBG once we were comfortable with having trades back in our house (as there are still a few deficiencies remaining - tiles need to be re-done, kitchen fixes, electrical). We did get some deficiencies fixed but the few remaining we are still waiting. It has been hard to get commitment around when the work will get completed. My husband and I are both quite busy and I don't feel like like we should need to follow-up regularly on this. There is also a new potential leak that we wanted to get a quote on and still have not heard back from KBG; we mentioned we wanted someone to take a look ASAP. We understand there may be multiple projects on the go but communication lately has been sub-par. If they were able to maintain the same communication and proactiveness they were showing earlier we would have been happier to give a stronger review. Overall, happy with Koncept - was a generally fun experience and in the end we are happy with our new family home.

LGM was such a pleasure to work with right from the start. I dealt with Kierin who was so helpful and very pleasant to deal with. The booking process was painless and very quick, details of the service and contract were clearly laid out from the get go. Moving day: Sameer, Divyank and Sarabjot were our 3 movers and they were so professional and efficient we couldn't have asked for a better team. They listened to our preferences and were very patient with us the whole time. LGM truly embodies white glove service and I would not hesitate using them for any future moves. Thank you!

Patrick has been such a pleasure to work with right from the start. He was extremely responsive and was willing to work within our communicated budget and tight timelines. I appreciated that he was not pushing to use new furniture or decor and tried to utilize our existing pieces to help manage costs. In the end, he was still able to pull everything together so nicely and we sold our house with no issues - over asking! I highly recommend Patrick for this work and would not hesitate using him again in the future. Very friendly and very professional - thanks, Patrick!

My husband and I recently moved into a new home and needed to put some blinds and shutters in. We had no idea where to even start. I contacted a few vendors on Homestars and Lyle was one of the first ones to respond. He fit us into his busy schedule to come by and show us some options. Shortly after he provided a very reasonable quote and timelines. After comparing his quote with a few others I decided to go with SWF. Lyle and Eleanor had great communication the whole way through and was very responsive. We went with Lyle's recommendations for each room and we are so happy we did. The finished look turned out amazing. Would definitely recommend SWF to family and friends if they want great service and quality product! Thank you for a great experience!

I met with Steven almost immediately after I sent him an email for a quote. He came by and started measurements and drawings and sent me a quote the next day. His pricing was reasonable as I had compared his with a few other places. We went with him right away and his team went right to work. Steven provided some timelines when the install would be ready and he stuck to them. The job took a few days to set up everything -- Atilla and Zsoet were such a pleasure to deal with. Very friendly and kind and always left everything so clean as if it were their home. Would recommend Black Forest to anyone who wants professionals to deal with and high-quality, superior final product! Will definitely be using them again! Thanks, Black Forest Woodworking!

My husband and I were super happy with Toronto Pro Moving! We had the pleasure to have John, Grant, and Matt help move us. Although they were 30 min late, they did call us beforehand to let us know they would be late due to traffic. When they did arrive, they went right to work. They were very kind and although they were being paid by the hour, they were very fast working (but still very careful with our items). When we made a stop to our storage facility, they expertly maneuvered all our boxes in the small space. They Tetris'd the heck out of it! Very impressed. To sum, they were a great price, very professional and efficient and would recommend Toronto Pro to anyone!
