Sean was very thorough and knowledgable during the inspection of our townhouse. He took the time to go over everything with us afterwards, and happily answered our questions. He went through recommended yearly maintenance, as well as maintenance that was up and coming which occurs less than once a year. He also made sure to highlight any areas of concern and got the written report to us hours after the inspection. We would highly recommend Sean and will use him if and when we purchase another property.
