Matt and his team switched out 3 toilets and replaced shut offs to toilets with 3 ball valves. Workmanship was impeccable. All toilets are level and working beautifully. Appreciate Matts attention detail and you can tell he takes pride in his work. He even cleaned the floor around the toilets before setting them in place! Matt stayed in communication every step of the way. He responded quickly to both text and emails. Would wholeheartedly recommend Renovations by Matt to anyone looking for a job well done.

Brendan and Scott from Dave’s Duct Cleaning arrived ahead of schedule which was appreciated. They identified themselves and got promptly to work. Cleaning was completed in just over the 2 hours. We recently had some flooring renovations so were eager to get the ducts cleaned. Brendan and Scott were meticulous in not damaging our newly installed flooring. One of our vents were painted on and for years we could not remove it. Brendan and Scott not only were able to remove it for a more thorough clean but using larger screws which they supplied, put it back on. We were thrilled! They kept us informed each step of the way and even asked if we wished the sanitizer at end of the process. They didn’t just go ahead with it, unlike another company we had in the past.
