I called late Friday afternoon as we were having some issues with our gas fireplace that was making me nervous. I was told they could be here early afternoon Monday. I expected a call around 2 or later Monday however received a call at noon asking if it would be ok to come by at that time. He was quick and got the unit working again safely and cleaned it so it look new including painting the fire box which was starting to rust. The unit has never run better since we have been in this home. Very pleasant to deal with and explained what was being done and why.

We contacted Cody prior to taking possession of our home as we knew we were going to need some work done to correct incorrect installations and to ensure the system was safe. Unfortunately the seller did not vacate the home on possession date so I had to cancel our scheduled appointment with Cody and then advised I would have to contact when we actually were able to get into the home. Once we finally got into the home we discovered that the gravity pump had been leaking water onto the basement floor for some time and needed to be addressed immediately. Cody was over within the hour after I called to inspect and give us a quote. He was respectful of our home and has a great work ethic. Very pleasant to deal with and did a great job with our home ensuring everything was done correctly and was safe for our family. I would highly recommend him. He kept us updated throughout the process and checked with us to make sure his time frame worked for us throughout.
