When we hired this Echo Contracting aka Jay N Son Landscaping in 2009, we pretty much had all the problems mentioned in the last 3 reviews. And worse than others' bad experiences, this general landscaper, Marcie, didn't pay her fence guy after she got total $17,000 full payment from us and now this fence guy fired a lien to our property. We know we were not supposed to give her the 2nd 50% payment before she finished the jobs, but we were fooled by her. She promised she would come back to finish the jobs, but she took off instead and even disabled her phone #. Really a lesson learned.
