The good: 1- On time 2- Polite and friendly crew 3- Great work on the exterior aluminum doors and windows (thanks Mario). 4- Did great correcting the wrong windows and door size. 5- Cleaned the windows and doors from outside and inside. 6- Good team supervisor. 7- Took the time to try to install the door handles that was missing some screws (thanks Gabriel ) The bad: 1- Floor was not covered completely and lots of debris went into the vents. 2- Felt that some of the crew were in a hurry to leave 3- Measurements were taken twice by two different staff but the doors and some windows were the wrong size. The installation crew had to cut around to adjust them leading to uneven windows. 4- Interior caulking and framing was not done properly. Lots of caulking on the walls, lot of gaps at the joints, and some of the caulking already splitting. 5- One window was not closing properly and I was told that the service guy is on his way but, never showed up or calls to schedule appointment. 6- Another window is not closing properly but was not told about it till I tried it by myself the next day! 7- I was told by the sell staff that the manufacturing date and Verdun brand would be on the seal inside the windows but, there is nothing like that 8- I was told by the sell staff that the windows are wider that my windows blinds would not stick out but that is not true. As a matter of fact they are narrower and now I have to buy new blinds.

Corey and John were amazing. They were very professional and on time. They installed the Supersump with Ultrapump, answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. They took their time to do the job properly with no short cuts. Corey took the time to get rid of old clumps to make everything look nice and was not rushed. The office staff is friendly and professional too. She accommodated the appointment to my availability I highly recommend them.
