We backed up one night and there was sewage all around one of the pipes in the floor. So we called mr.rooter and they sent Patrick over. He put a camera in the drain and found the issue was a problem with the pipe right near the basement wall. He gave use our options, I wanted to never experience a back up again so I asked for the dig option. Patrick did the job himself and worked his bum off, strong boy he is. The job was done in six hours and we are very happy, it's nice that Mr. Rooter looks after us older folk :)
