We have the windows, front door and sliding doors installed for $16,000. Issues: -I did not know at the time that we signed up that Chris will be installing retro windows. -Chris said that the windows will not reflect the temperature outside because he said that he got this new technology from Germany. He brought in a sample window for demonstration. But the windows installed were not the same as the sample. Our windows get very cold and moist. -We also have problems with the doors as they were not sealed properly. They were always moist/wet around the doors and floors. -The company gave lifetime warranty windows but Chris would come nor return my calls to solve the issues.
