After waiting a week to have another contractor return my call,I called Thunder Bay Insulations and to my surprise a very cheerful staff member answered-no voice mail.The next morning I had a written estimate and the work was completed at my convenience within a week or so.The installer was pleasant,efficient,and he did a good clean up.All very professional,and being a senior on a low fixed income I felt the price was reasonable to get from R24 to R50.Impressive,and I am not easily impressed:)

I finally decided to replace my ancient furnace with a rental and upon calling Reliance,the Home Comfort Advisor,Vince Chambers, promptly arranged to go over rental options with me, which he did in a thorough,professional and pleasant manner.He personally helped me get the install area ready,and arranged help to promptly get rid of asbestos at the work site.Greatly appreciated, as was the thorough,very professional, hard work done by the top notch crew who did the install.This was big event for me,and thanks to all those involved,it could not have gone better.Outstanding !
