Incredible. Amazing. Sincere. Genuine. Honest. I'm pretty sure if you look those terms up in the dictionary there will be a picture of Imran! As I sit next to my toasty warm fireplaces, I am very remiss that I didn't get my review sent in more promptly. My apologies to Imran and his lovely wife but more importantly to his future clients. Look no further! This is the guy! He is worth the wait if there is one! I may be late turning in my review, but I have given out all of the cards he left me. Word of mouth is very powerful. Trust me when I say you will never call anyone else! We were having issues with a couple of fireplaces and had called in another contractor. He said my fireplace was impossible to fix and your going to have to replace it. Yikes! My great room was built around this beautiful fireplace. I was crushed. He gave me Imran's number and said he might be able to help. Imran came at our scheduled appointment and was very honest in his opinion. It was a very difficult repair (long story) but he said leave it with me. I'll do my very best. Call me in a couple weeks. Upon his return, he was able to repair our fireplace along with two other ones, plus checked on another one! I cannot thank him enough for his services, but also for his kindness. I feel like a better person just by knowing him! You are in good hands without a doubt. Thank you Imran. You have set the bar very high for the whole service industry!
