Our house used to have a building trap on the front yard and it caused two sewage backups within last year. Andrew from Absolute came at night after last backup has happened and explained the problem with the trap. In couple days his crew has excavated the trap along with damaged parts of the drain pipe. Moreover they have installed a backflow device that prevents backups in the future. Andrew has come on very short notice and spent quite some time to explain the reasons behind backups and scope of proposed work. The whole job has been done in two days. Two guys were working almost entire first day in a large hole in the ground. Next day after City Inspector has accepted their work they backfilled the hole. It was even hard to tell that we had large excavation and a pile of dirt on our front yard. As a part of this terrific job, Andrew has arranged inspection and helped us with paper work required to receive the City flood protection incentive.
